We provide pre-written articles (“Ready-Made Articles”) and custom content creation services (“Custom Content”). We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that involves explicit, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.

2. Custom Content Orders:

Turnaround Time: An estimated turnaround time will be provided before order placement. In case of extreme delays due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may be eligible for cancellation and refund, subject to our discretion. Inquire about refund eligibility related to delays before placing your order, as specifics depend on project scope.

Rush Orders: Rush orders are available with surcharges determined by the requested turnaround time and project scope.

Revisions: For Ready-Made Articles, revisions are offered only for grammatical or factual errors. Custom editing services are available for tailoring Ready-Made Articles to specific needs. Custom Content orders include free revisions based on the original brief. Additional revisions beyond the original scope may incur charges for editing services.

3. Payment and Refunds: 

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, credit, and debit card payments. Full payment is required upfront for all orders. Custom Content projects may be split into phases, with payment for the upcoming phase due upon completion of the preceding phase. We will commence work on a phase only when the payment for the respective phase has been completed. Contact us for more details.

Order Cancellation Refunds: Full refunds are issued for cancelled Custom Content orders before work commences. Once work begins, refunds are partial, based on the completed portion of the project.

Refunds for Delivered Content: Refunds for delivered content are handled on a case-by-case basis. For pilot projects, we will offer full refunds for individual content pieces, but only if we deviate from client instructions provided before content creation. Omitted requirements during the briefing phase do not qualify for refunds.

Ready-Made Article Refunds: No refunds are issued for correctly delivered Ready-Made Articles due to their duplicable nature. Full refunds are granted for incorrectly delivered files.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

Ready-Made Articles: Buyers receive full ownership and copyright of purchased Ready-Made Articles upon payment.

Custom Content: Clients receive full ownership and copyright upon payment, with rights to publish, redistribute, and use the content at their discretion.

We retain the right to display delivered Custom Content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless instructed otherwise beforehand. Just let us know if you wouldn’t like us to use content delivered to you in our portfolio, and we shall respect your preference.

5. User Accounts:

User accounts are required for Ready-Made Article purchases but not for Custom Content orders.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations:

We strive for content accuracy but disclaim liability for any errors or omissions, and do not offer any specific guarantees beyond the originality of the content. Furthermore, we are not liable for any consequences arising from the use, misuse, or interpretation of the content purchased or commissioned from us, including but not limited to legal issues, reputational damage, financial losses, or any other implications resulting from the client‘s publication or use of the content. Clients are solely responsible for the use and consequences of the content they purchase from us.
